Cara Mengambil Jam sesuai Timezone di XML

Saya mau menampilkan jam di report dengan cara ini, tapi waktu yg muncul adalah waktu database yaitu sesuai GMT. Bagaimana caranya supaya waktunya sesuai GMT+7?
